This is a family event. Artillery firing is loud and ear protection

is recommended for small children.

Bring chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Proceeds go to Blountsville Historical Society for restoration, cultural and educational projects.

PRESENTING living history of the 1860’s with soldiers, horses, cannons, battles, civilian and sutler characterizations, heritage skills demonstrations and period crafts, museum displays, food, souvenirs, musicians and great family fun.

The eighth event of this kind in Blountsville, the presentations are getting bigger and better. Learn how to sing Sacred Harp in the mini-school on Saturday.
